Founder
I learned church audio as a tech director, and since COVID my team and I have mixed church livestreams full time. Every mix we build, I finish personally, so your stream sounds like your church.
I’m an audio guy, not a video guy. Let’s talk about your sound.
A pro engineer mixes your livestream live, every Sunday. Remotely. From $50 a service.
Your in-room mix stays with your team. We mix only what goes out to the stream, built for headphones, phones and laptop speakers instead of a big room.
Whether it’s a paid front-of-house engineer or a faithful volunteer, the person running the room already has a full job on Sunday morning: the band, monitors, mic swaps, the pastor’s mic, and whatever just went wrong on stage. The stream needs its own mix, and nobody can give two mixes their full attention at the same time.
Even if you had someone dedicated to the stream, building a mix that holds up on earbuds, phone speakers, laptops, car stereos and TVs all at once takes a specific skill set. Almost no church sound person has been trained to do it.
Churches all over the world have built a shrine to the idea of an isolated room for mixing the stream. Here’s what that really takes, assuming your building can even fit one.
And after all that, the room is worthless without a skilled person sitting in it.
With Stream Sounds, you get a trained engineer and a whole team behind them, every Sunday, from $50 a service. No room to build, nothing to buy.
Install can start within 24 hours. About two weeks later, you have a custom mix you love.
Step 1
We set everything up remotely: Splashtop for remote access, Fender Studio for mixing, remote control of your digital mixer, and your team added to Slack.
Your part: join your Slack channel.
Step 2
A full multitrack recording of your first service, worship and the word.
Your part: have the equipment on, and be on Slack during the service.
Step 3
Our techs build a rough mix, then Clayton finishes it. We route it straight into your livestream setup. Revisions until you approve.
Your part: save and reload your mixer, switcher and encoder settings each service.
Step 4
A dedicated engineer is assigned and mixes your stream live, with our whole team behind them.
Your part: send your set list in Slack before Sunday.
One plan. A pro engineer on your stream every week. Small church or large, the price works the same.
| Stream Sounds | Local engineer | Volunteers | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | From $50 a service | 4–5× more | Free, but unpaid |
| Mixes for the stream | That’s all we do | Often mixing the room | Varies week to week |
| Backup if someone’s out | A whole team | One person | Whoever shows up |
| New gear needed | None | Depends | None |
Example: one new family giving $50 a week adds about $2,600 a year, close to the cost of a pro mix every Sunday. For illustration, not a promise of results.
Real churches, real Sundays. Hear the before and after.
Engineers and team leads mixing churches every Sunday, so there’s always someone ready for yours.

I’ve been playing music since I was eleven, and a guitar is still the first thing I grab when I’ve got a free minute.
Away from the board, you’ll find me playing right field in a men’s baseball league and still messing with bat sizes. I’m a Braves guy, and thanks to my Alabama and Mississippi roots, a Mississippi State fan. I play golf too, which mostly means chasing a few more yards off the tee.
Give me a smoker and a long Saturday and I’m happy. When I’m not cooking, I’m probably tinkering on my Silverado.
And yes, I’m a nerd. I’ll talk Tolkien lore for hours. Final Fantasy VII and Kingdom Hearts are still up there for me, Star Fox 64 is untouchable, and The X-Files holds up.
I’m an audio guy, not a video guy. Let’s talk about your sound.
Check your mixer, find answers, or reach our team.
We can start your install within 24 hours of enrollment. A full custom mix build usually takes about two weeks from your first recorded service.
It’s 15 minutes and there’s no pitch deck. We listen to your current stream, ask what you’re mixing on, and tell you exactly what we’d change. If we’re not a fit, we’ll tell you that too.
A current digital mixer, a computer at your booth and a reliable wired internet connection. Nothing to buy from us.
Any digital mixer with a built-in multichannel USB audio interface or Dante, including Behringer WING and X32, Midas M32, Allen & Heath SQ and Qu, PreSonus StudioLive, Yamaha TF and DM3, Soundcraft Ui24R and Mackie DL.

Yes, within reason, at no extra charge. Just give your engineer a heads-up in Slack.

Yes. Besides live mixing, we do on-site installation and integration, troubleshooting and tech support, and audio system tuning.
A free 15-minute call. No pitch deck. We’ll listen to your current stream and tell you exactly what we’d change.
