These are their actual Sunday livestreams, played straight from each church’s YouTube or Facebook. Nothing was fixed or remixed in post. What you hear is exactly what their viewers heard live.
What churches ask us first.
Most churches pay $200 to $400 a month. Small church or large, the price works the same.
Live Sunday mixing starts at $50 per service. Most churches pay $200 to $400 a month. That’s roughly a quarter of what a local engineer typically costs.
Yes. Plans start with a 90-day term. Commit to six months and save 10%, or a full year and save 20%.
Fast. We can start your install within 24 hours of enrollment. From there, a full custom mix build usually takes about two weeks from your first recorded service to a mix you love.
Talent and equipment don’t get you all the way. The people watching from home hear a different service than the people in the room.
Before most guests ever park in your lot, they’ve already been to your church online. If the vocals are buried or the sound is harsh, many never make it to the parking lot.

Our plans run about $200 to $400 a month. That’s roughly $50 to $95 per Sunday, about what many churches spend on coffee and donuts.
If a better stream helps even one or two new families decide to visit and stay, it can cover most or all of the cost. Example for illustration, not a promise of results.
Pick your weekly attendance and hear churches your size that we mix live. Every clip is their real Sunday stream, exactly as their viewers heard it.
“When I first saw the ads online, I honestly didn’t think a company could deliver this level of quality at that price point. But I was wrong. We’ve been with Stream Sounds for over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier.”

Nate Jacobs, Faith Tabernacle Church“Very pleased with the outcome.”
Chad Jordan, Midpoint Church of GodHere’s exactly what happens from install to your first live Sunday. You approve the mix before we ever go live.
If your mixer has a built-in multichannel USB audio interface, we can mix your stream from it. No new gear to buy.
Larger consoles connect over Dante, built in or with a Dante card. Your computer joins with Dante Virtual Soundcard or a Dante interface, and we walk you through it. Behringer WING, X32, Midas M32 and Allen & Heath SQ can add a Dante card too.
A pro engineer on your stream every week. Roughly a quarter of what a local engineer costs.

Who you’ll work with
I’ve played music since I was eleven and produced records since sixteen. I learned church audio as a tech director from 2015 to 2018, and since COVID my team and I have helped churches with their online sound full time. We work with 20–30 churches a month, across every style of worship.
I’m an audio guy, not a video guy. Let’s talk about your sound.
41 engineers and team leads mixing churches every Sunday, so there’s always someone ready for yours.
Gear, setup, Sundays, pricing. If your question isn’t here, it’s a great one for the free call.

It’s 15 minutes and there’s no pitch deck. We listen to your current stream, ask what you’re mixing on and how your room is set up, and tell you exactly what we’d change. If we’re not a fit, we’ll tell you that too.
We do a multitrack recording of your first service, worship and the word. Our techs build a rough mix from it, then Clayton finishes it to your taste: vocal clarity, low end, balance between band and pulpit. We also route the mix into your livestream setup. Once you approve it, your engineer is assigned.
Two things: send your set list and anything else we should know in Slack before Sunday, and save and reload your mixer, camera switcher and video encoder settings each service so our changes stick.
A current digital mixer, a computer at your booth and a reliable internet connection. We remotely install Splashtop for remote access and Fender Studio for mixing, then set up remote control of your mixer. Nothing to buy from us.
Any digital mixer with a built-in multichannel USB audio interface or Dante, including Behringer WING and X32, Midas M32, Allen & Heath SQ and Qu, PreSonus StudioLive, Yamaha TF and DM3, Soundcraft Ui24R and Mackie DL.
Not with remote mixing. We need every channel sent to the computer separately, which takes a digital mixer with multichannel USB or Dante. If you’re ready to go digital, we also do on-site installation and can help you pick the right console.
No. Your in-room mix stays with your team. We mix only what goes out to the stream, which is why it can be built for headphones, phones and laptop speakers instead of a big room.
We’re audio people. We send our mix into the video setup you already use, whether that’s a Blackmagic ATEM, a Roland switcher or a streaming computer, so your camera team keeps doing what they do.
Yes. You and your team join a shared Slack channel with your engineer and ours, and you get iMessage access to our team. You can book support sessions or mix revisions with Clayton anytime.
You’re never depending on one person. Your engineer has a whole team behind them, and your mix is saved, so someone else can step in and your stream still sounds like you.
Then you’ve got a bigger problem than your mix. Without internet, there’s no livestream at all. A reliable wired connection at the booth is a must for any church that streams.
Yes. We cover most additional services, like midweek nights, Christmas, Easter and special events, at no extra charge, within reason. Just give your engineer a heads-up in Slack.
